Our volunteers are the heart of our organization and vital to the success of our programming. Connect with our participants, develop new skills and strengthen the South Vancouver community today.

Much of our success is because of our talented and dedicated volunteers who dedicate their knowledge, skills, ideas, enthusiasm, and time. Volunteers are encouraged to become actively involved in many different activities, programs, and services that help to strengthen our connections to the South Vancouver community. Join us in building a stronger neighbourhood together!

To apply to join SVNH as a volunteer, please complete the following:

  1. Browse our website, especially Our Programs, to familiarize yourself with our initiatives and see what interests you.
  2. If you need support finding a volunteer position, fill out the Volunteer Application Form on MyImpact. For “Focus” and “Activity Type”, check the boxes that are of interest to you.
  3. Applicants will be contacted by the Volunteer Coordinator and a placement meeting can be arranged.
  4. In addition, anyone with specific volunteer interests can apply for SVNH’s current volunteer opportunities listed below.
